I was trying to link my debit card but its declining. After searching around i found that if the debit card was linked to another account it cant be used again. One of my family member were using the card but they had closed their account. i dont have any other card
Did they remove the card before they closed the account? If not then they would need to contact customer services to remove it from that account for you.
