Can I accept debit cards?

Yes. Go to your account settings and click “Website Preferences”. Look for a setting called, “PayPal account optional” so that customers can pay via their credit or debit card without a PayPal account too.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
