Customers paid but transaction activity not showing up in my PayPal account.

4 of our clients made payments over the weekend but the money is not showing up in our Paypal Account. The transactions are not there at all. Previous transactions from other customers had no issues at all. Just these 4.

 

Currently our system works in the manner that once the User places an order then from the PayPal, we receive the notification in our system if the payment is successful.

 

I have the webhook history of these 4 transactions showing the payment was successful but they are just not appearing in our account.

I am happy to send over the webhook history reports for PayPal's reference but don't know who to sent them to. 

 

The Message Centre is no help.  My enquiry keeps going round in circles due to the PayPal Assistant's preprogrammed answers.
