Curency converter mulfancuning?

I need help. I used curency converter more than a week ago and it says it's complited but balance isn't added up in my overall balance that i have. What to do? Anyone have the same problem that converted balance didnt add up with the rest?

I'm sorry your recently converted balance isn't showing added to your primary balance. If you have multiple currency balances open, that could be why you still show a difference.
