Good Day,Everyone. In Hungary,I received money from the U.S.and a considerable amount was charged! When the sender called the help center in America,they said a 'business profile'(?) was set up for me,and this is the reason,and I need to' ask PayPal to change it to a" private account". How can I do that? Also,my phone number,email and credit card number is linked,but decided not to link the bank account,as there appeared a message,according to which I placed an order!!!! I didn't !!!! I was afraid of fraud,and this message is NOT FOUND on my profile any more.WHY CAN'T I SEE IT? Also,PayPal withheld approximately half of the money sent...WHY ON EARTH? My friend in the U.S said the money sent should have appeared on my bank account as the credit card data are enough. Pretty disappointed with PayPal momentarily😔😢😭 If anyone could help and RECTIFY THE PROBLEM,I'd be happy.
