Couldn’t Confirm

When I click to pay my transactions I receive the error:

 

"Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you."

 

I am successfully verified and logged in? How do I fix?

Thank you for your post. 

 

Every single transaction or money transfer that we process goes through our risk assessment algorithms to determine whether we’re going to process a transaction. A payment may be declined for several reasons. Click here to know how to resolve the payment decline issue.
