Could paypal help me to refund 6 months of Microsoft gamepass I never wanted and never used ?

Hello,

I bought one month Microsoft gamepass for 1 EUR, just to try mobile gaming streaming.

I only used it for 1 day, it didn't work. For 1 eur it was ok.

I never used it again.

I discover that Microsoft charged me 12,99 EUR every month, fox six months, for something I never wanted, never used.

Can I ask Paypal a refund ? How ?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it. Any refunds have to be done via the merchant you purchased from.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
