Confirmation Refund

I didn't receive the confirmation code from PayPal, so I requested it again and got charged $1.95 twice. They promised a refund within 3-5 business days. Will I get a refund for both charges?

I am done with my confirmation iam asking will i get my confirmation money back because i asked the confirmation code 2 time so they credited $1.95 2 times in my account will i get my $3.9 back
