Completed but not refunded

So I bought from this merchandise store paying with debit card and they refunded it. However, even though on paypal it says completed, why is the money still not in my debit card yet? I thought once it is marked completed on paypal it should be in the debit card already (taking into account of the "up to 5 days" policy thing)?

Completed means paypal have completed the refund process and sent the funds to the funding source you used to pay in the first instance.
It does not mean its in your card or bank account, how would paypal know that as they can't see your bank or card accounts and don't know how long your bank or card issuer will take to process the refund.
Allow a few days for a bank account and up to 30 days for a credit ie 1 billing cycle, although its rarely that long.
Advice is voluntary.
