Thank you for contacting PayPal community.
I see you've questions about cashing a check through PayPal. I want to inform you that you're not supposed to write VOID on the check until its approved. Once it is approved only then you have to write void and submit another picture. Please follow the instructions mentioned in the Article in order to cash a check. If you face any issues, contact PayPal directly to get further help with the check.
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum as a new member! The information provided by @pkkh is helpful, but there is one correction to be made. Once voided, you would not have to submit another picture. Writing Void is just to prevent anyone else from attempting to cash the check. Until it is voided, it is very important to keep the check safe, as it has been endorsed.
I also wanted to provide one more piece of information. Since the check is now voided and not yet deposited, you may need to contact the issuer of the check to let them know it's been voided before it was able to be deposited and you may need to have the check reissued.
I'm sorry that this misunderstanding caused inconvenience and delay. I know how frustrating that must be!
Congratulations on your first post in the Community Forum!
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you encountered while depositing a check. I recommend reaching out to Ingo Money Service for the status of the deposit and to see if anything could be done or if the check has to be reissued. You can find their contact information by clicking Ingo Money Service - PayPal Terms and Conditions and the bottom of this Help Center article.
I hope you're able to deposit the check!
