I understand your concern regarding the withdrawal. Please note once the transfer shows as completed, which means the funds should have been reached the card. Unfortunately, once the withdrawal is initiated there is no option to make changes or cancel it. The choice to select the correct option (bank/card) will only be shown at the time of the withdrawal. If you have not received the funds, I would recommend reaching out to our customer support team through the contact options available on our website or reaching out by Facebook or Twitter.
