Change my account currency

Hi everyone,

I am located in Cyprus and my account's currency is EUR .

I'll receive a payment in USD and i want to change my accounts currency to avoid the currency change fee.

Please bare in mind that i have a USD active account in USA and a billing address. I do not have an active US cell number though.

Does anyone know if i can do that??
