I understand you'd like to transfer money to PayPal. To add money to your PayPal Account in the United States, you can link either a bank account or debit card, then follow the instructions in this Help Center article. If you're referring to transferring money from an outside Wallet, such as CashApp, the two websites are not directly compatible. However, I have heard you might be able to add a CashApp Debit Card to your PayPal Account or a PayPal Debit Card to CashApp.
