Cash or deposit check

I went to cash a check I wrote out because I am not able to transfer money. I went to cash took pictures it won't be reviewed and it said do not resubmit. Any reasons as to how my personal check and also a cashiers check won't cash with Ingo Bank?

Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry you haven't been able to cash your check. All checks submitted are subject to review for approval by Ingo Money. It should be noted that single-party checks, or checks drawn from an account you own, cannot be cashed through Ingo. If you are trying to add money to the account, you'll want to transfer money from the bank to the PayPal account.
