I was trying to cash a check that was a refund from Verizon but when I tap on cash a check, before it used to let me in and take pictures but only 2 times did it allow me to choose the speed and after that it would just say failure. Now, whenever I choose cash a check, it just tells me that Paypal is failing to verify my identity, even after linking a bank, providing ID and SSN.
Had the same problem. I called PayPal and they told me to call Ingo. I called Ingo and they said they will email me a form to fill out but never did. I called Ingo 3 times and they said the same thing each time.
Having the same problem with a personal check and it’s so upsetting. Like others said, I really need my money 😫 but it sounds like no one has found a solution.
