Cards declined at checkout

Hello, my clients from Iraq are unable to pay with their credit cards at checkout, their cards are not being accepted, how can we solve it? I don’t need them to create accounts to pay but just want them to pay through their cards without registration because I’m using paypal as payment gateway and do not have any other way to receive payments from them. Would you please help and share the solution for it? And if there’s any modifications that I should make to my paypal account from my side? Because they contacted their card providers and they said PayPal is not blocked from their side at all.

I'm sorry to hear that some of your clients are unable to pay you. PayPal does not provide service in every country, and Iraq is one of the countries in which PayPal services are not available.
