Cant transfer to visa debut card

This is the second time to write to you I have been having a problem with my paypal account whenever i try to transfer money to my bank using connected visa debit card i get this emai (We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer $xx.xx USD to your card.  You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance. If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to) I have tried updating and changing my card but to no avail so i need you to help me so that i can start transfering money to my bank account again Your support will be greatly appretiated attached is the screenshot

Try linking a Visa credit card instead like it says here (scroll down to “Manual Withdrawals/Transfers to Visa Credit Card”. Your country code is MW.) and in the PayPal Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement.
