Cant transfer money to bank account

I have money in my paypal balance, when i click transfer to bank and error message pops up. A few days ago i submitted my ID and bank statement to verify my account, is that why i cant transfer my money?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.

When an account is limited, funds cannot be withdrawn until it is resoled. If you have uploaded all your documents and completed all the steps, your account would be sent for review. Typically, the review takes 2-5 business days to complete. Once this is done, you would be notified via email.

When the limitation is resolved, you can then withdraw your funds.
