Cant transfer money from my Upwork account to Paypal (unable to apply funds)

I cant transfer money from my Upwork account to payppal. I always get "Unable to apply funds". I am based in Egypt however my visa is N26 (online bank in Germany). Could anyone help?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to receive money from your Upwork account. To start receiving payments fro Egypt PayPal accounts, you simply need to verify your PayPal account and choose a Visa card for your withdrawals. In the Summary page of your PayPal account, complete the steps suggested in the bar under your name and we'll help you get set up.

If you have already verified your PayPal account, I recommend you to contact Upwork support team to get this solved in order to receive funds to your PayPal account.
