Cant send money and add to my wallet using my bank account

Why i cant send money using my linked bank account even though its already confirmed and why i cant add money to my wallet?

As you have not added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in then sadly can't advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

1. Have you added + confirmed it.

2. Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your Paypal account?

 

3. Do you have a back up funding source ie card linked to your Paypal account (not always necessary but may prevent an echeque being sent).

 

4. Is the bank account a local one for your country?

 

5. Not all countries have the option to 'add' funds to a Paypal account balance, if you click on transfer and only the 'withdraw' option is available then sadly you won't be able to add funds to your balance you will need to use a linked funding source instead ie bank account or card.

 

6. Did Paypal require you to complete a direct debit mandate after adding your bank account (again only necessary in some countries).
