Cannot send money , bugged account confirmation.

I stream , For some reason i cannot send money from my paypal account it keeps saying i need to put in more informations but when i click the button it says your business have been confirmed u can now send transactions but when i try to i cannot , its been like this for a month. Its like i loop i cannot break for some reason , what can i do to get my money out of the account when i cant even fill in more business info because it said it has been confirmed but i still cant do anything ?
