Cannot recieve a withdrawal amount from my paypal to my debit card

Dear team,

I withdrew from my PayPal account to my debit card on June,22. but i did not receive it till today, i also withdrew another time another amount and i receive it in 3 days. but the first withdrawal did not received till this moment, i contacted the PayPal support team and they informed that the transfer was done successfully and completed from their side, then i contacted my debit card provider(bank) and they informed me that they did not receive it.

i kept pouncing between my bank customer service and the PayPal customer service, please advise.

If you have not received funds from a withdraw you made, and it's been more than 30 days, I suggest contacting our Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website page to view available options.
