Dear paypal community, I have an new set up paypal account I can receive and send money within the philippines, but when someone from united states will be sending me an payment/money they cannot do so because of some problems: it seems they can't detect my IP address or seems my account is not verified. please help me ASAP. thankyou in advanve for the help.
