Cannot receive money on personal account because it's on hold

Some one is trying to send me money but my account is on hold and I got this e-mail from paypal that I don't have selling activity. It's a personal account not a bussiness account. Why should there be sellling activity. What do I do?

As you can't receive personal ie friends/family payments in your country then all payments are received as goods/services and so you would be subject to the new seller hold as per link.
