I purchased an item on eBay yesterday. Tried to pay at checkout with PayPal. Got message "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later. I have tried about 20 times since yesterday using different browsers and different devices, all to no avail!
I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your concern.
Is there a limitation on your PayPal account as this is usually he main reason why you are getting this error message?
If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted. Have you tried completing any of these?
