Trying to fund a jackpocket account in colorado and getting the following message:
Your payment methods are registered in a country or region that doesn't allow payments to this merchant. Please add a card from the country or region where your PayPal account is registered.
Jackpocket accepts paypal in colorado with a confirmed US bank account (both of which I have)...what gives...
