Recently I cannot change the payment type upon checkout from Ebay. At checkout, it used to bring up a secondary screen that allowed me to adjust the payment type, but it now defaults to the preferred payment only. I cannot deselect the preferred payment, so how do I resolve this?

I have the same issue. I even switched the card but ebay still charged on the old card. Have you resolved your issue? I have card with 5% discount but was not able to use it. What the hack paypal/ebay
