Cannot change my email address

I need to change my email address on my Paypal account. I created a second email address and clicked the 'Confirm email' button. But I am not getting any email to confirm.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received a confirmation email for changing your email address. Please be sure to check your spam folder and make sure that you've entered the email address correctly. You can view steps on how to resend the email by visiting the link here.
