Cannot add EXISTING Bank Card for Automatic Payments.

I changed my card (Payment Method) and now I can't change it back.

TLDR; I was trying to 'block' an automatic payment and switched Automatic Payments to use my old, expired bank card as a temporary measure. 

I managed to resolve the issue with the vendor and of course then needed to restore my original payment method. Now Paypal simply pretends my card doesn't exist.

It shows it to me, then pretends it doesn't exist again (depending on which page I am on). 

It is using my card for all other payment s but won't allow my to select it for Automatic. it's simply been disappeared from that menu/page.

I understand you're unable to use your preferred card on an automatic payment, and I apologize for any frustration this has caused. If you're using a web browser, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different browser. If you're using the PayPal Mobile App, please clear the App's cache in your phone's app settings, check for any updates, or even consider uninstalling and reinstalling it. 

After attempting these troubleshooting steps, if the error persists, please reach out to Customer Support for assistance updating the payment method. You can reach Customer Support by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. 

I hope you can update your automatic payment soon!
