I’ve changed my mind and no longer wish to purchase a product I bought just thus morning. Is there a way to cancel?

If the payment has completed then you would need to contact the merchant and request to cancel your order and have a refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
