Cancel transaction to the individual

I made a mistake, I did not mean to "send" the money to someone on the list,

but I clicked "send" button without meaning it.

How can I cancel transaction?

The money was withdrawn from my bank account already.

I am from Korea and I used to use Paypal in Korean language.

If you are in Korea then you should not be using a U.S paypal account, you will get problems

You can't cancel a transaction but when the recipient receives the funds they can refund them back to your again.
