Can you show me the steps to claim a payment on PayPal and where to set the automatic claim option?

My payment has been processed but the status is currently unclaimed. I need to add it to my PayPal balance.

Only if its showing as unclaimed then its either been sent to an incorrect email address OR the email address is not linked to an active paypal account.

Check the email address that was used to send the payment and make sure it was the same one you have linked and confirmed to your paypal account.

Also go to your paypal wallet and make sure you have put the icon besides USD as a receiving currency.
