Hi, just tried to withdraw some funds to my linked bank account and/or debit card and they are not showing as an option. If I follow the "Can't see all your bank accounts or cards?" link then it shows my card but says "These can't be used for transfers, some banks don't accept transfers".
It was working fine a few days ago and the card and account have been linked to my paypal account for almost 10 years.
I can send and receive from other paypal users fine.
Any ideas?
