Unlikely you can withdraw the funds if you have linked fake information on that account.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
The funds belong to the person named on the account who has legal documentation to prove its their name.

Hello! My account has been hold for 180 days. Yesterday, I received an email saying that my funds are now eligible for withdrawal. How can I possible withdraw it? I cant link any of my bank accounts into it. THe bank account that I was trying to link is also in my name. The paypal account is in MY NAME. It was mine and I am also in legal age.

Hello @MccoyMonica and @zxymd

Thank you for joining the PayPal Community!

I understand that you want to withdraw your funds from your limited PayPal account. As you've already received the email confirming the eligibility to withdraw the funds, you can get in touch with the PayPal Support team to get your bank account linked to your PayPal account to initiate the transfer.

Thanks @kernowlass for the help!

Best regards,

Bindu
