Can't withdraw Payments from Limited Account

My paypal was limited and my payment was held for 180 days, but now after 180 days I am withdrawing my funds so when I click on transfer money button so it says that "Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later." I have added my bank but still not able to withdraw my funds,

In case I also message to paypal but they always send me auto message that even not resolve my issue and there is no option for live chat in my account, Kindly tell me what should I do now?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
