Can't transfer to Indonesia

Hello everyone, I have a friend in Indonesia, and I need to send money to him, but I can't due to country regulations. However, my company also has a freelancer from Indonesia, and I've successfully paid her through PayPal. Everything is working fine. I don't understand why I can't send money to my friend. Please help

I am sorry to know that you're not able to send money to your friend using your PayPal account. As a part of security measures, PayPal reviews every transaction before its approved. If the system deems risk, it may temporarily block the activity or reverse the transaction. Apologies for the inconvenience again. Have you verified your PayPal account? if not, please verify your PayPal account by confirming the financials and then try initiate the transactions.
