Hello! I’m not able to transfer the last 13 cents out of my account! I’ve tried adding more money to transfer it all out but it refuses to transfer out the last 13 cents! I’ve been wanting to close my account for months but it won’t allow me to unless my balance is 0.00. Does anyone know why this happens/ how to fix it?
