I'm trying to make a transfer from a PSTB bank account to PayPal, but it never reached the account and they refunded my money. I have linked my bank account to Paypal but if I want to add money from Paypal it tells me that "These payment methods are not supported". This is the first time I have used Paypal, I was able to make a purchase and now I have a negative balance.
