Can't send money to a friend as 'Friends & Family'

I'm trying to send money to a friend of mine in Thailand but it won't let me select the 'Friends & Family' option - it sends me into the 'Goods & Services' screen. This is causing a hold to be placed on the funds to my friend as it's not recognizing me as a company. This is very frustrating because I need to get the money to her it's very important.

Any / all help with this is greatly appreciated.

If the friends/family option is not showing then its either because that option is not available in her country (don't think it is) OR she has a business account which can't accept that payment type.

The f/f option is not available in every country.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I was in fact able to use Xoom to get the money to her so crisis averted.
