Can't send money through paypal,

 I keep getting a feedback after completing everything that  says "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you"

Hi @marinelaa_Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for joining the PayPal Community! In this type of situation, it's best to give us a call. Once our phone team able to verify some information with you over the phone, They will be able to assist in resolving the issue. You can find the number to reach us by going to https://www.paypal.com, scrolling to the bottom of the page, and selecting Contact. From there select the "Password and account access option", "Login problems", and at the bottom of that page you'll find the contact options available to you. I hope this helps!  - Kyson
