Can't seem to set up direct debit (Japan Post Bank), can't pay with fund only. What now?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a payment but:

A) trying to pay through the payment request prompts me to add a credit card (which I don't have)

B) trying to use the send money option prompts me to add a bank account

 - I have a bank account linked (Japan Post Bank) but apparently I can't set up direct debit for it

C) can't find an option to make the payment with my funds alone, without any bank accounts or cards involved

Any help will be greatly appreciated. ^^b
