Can't see my funds

I got money sent to me and received an email about it , but I can't see it in my account ! They aak to confirm my account which I did few times still nothing shown in my account

I got funds transferred into my account. Got an email from PayPal to confirm the transaction but i cant see the funds in my account. This is my first time of receiving funds through my PayPal Account. Any idea why that is so ?

Are you sure the email wasn't a spoof? Can you give a gist of any content?

Have you received payments before?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Were the funds sent in a currency you can accept?
