Can't receive payments to my business account

I have a business account, and when a client decided to send me money, he got:

 

This recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions.

 

Does anyone know why?

@kernowlass  it‘s a business account registered in Estonia.

Hello @zlatkon,

 

Welcome to the PayPal Community! It sounds like you may be running into an issue related to how the payment is being sent. I would make sure the payment being sent is sent as a Goods and Services payment instead of a Personal payment.
