i can't received money in my account . can anyone help me i received below email

PayPal refused payment to your account. Please contact PayPal support to solve this issue, why you can not receive mass payments from account. Get in touch with us when the issue gets resolved, and we will send your payout again.

Nope I certainly can't 🤔 suggest you contact customer services?
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I've been using PP to receive my salary from a UK client. First time it happened that he sent me money twice that it didn't reflect on my PP account. While a relative from the US sent money thru PP and I instantly went to my Dashboard (PP balance) but there's no notification that he sent it except for that email message. What's happening? It's my salary and Christmas bonus. 😭
