Can't pay using confirmed bank account.

I recently linked by confirm bank account to the PayPal account (no debit/credit card) and am unable to select it as a preferred payment option (an error message "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." will appear when I try to do so.

 

When I attempt to make any purchase, I am asked to link a credit/debit card to my account, there is no option for me to pay with my confirmed bank account.

 

How do I fix this issue if I wish to pay with my bank account directly?

-- Bank account as confirmed and declared "as preferred".

-- The system select only the Card account and not have an option to change.

-- I've clear the "history" from the browser but nothing!!.

-- Where is the answer????
