Can't opt for/set up automatic transfers (Europe-based user)

Greetings!
My automatic withdrawal/transfer options (in my country) were always pretty limited. This goes between stages when I only set up an automatic transfer to my card on the 1st of each month (which I'm fine with) and when I can't set it up at all as I am asked to provide a US bank account for this.
All my transfers (including auto transfers) go to my debit card.
At the moment it's impossible for my to set up auto transfers and they worked just fine until a while ago (on the 1st of each month). What happened to cause this? Can I get back to my auto option on the 1st of each month? Why does this option keeps randomly appearing and disappearing for me?

I'm sorry to hear that your automatic withdrawals are not processing correctly on the first of every month as they should be. PayPal accounts in Bosnia and Herzegovina must have a linked Visa card or US bank account enabled for automatic withdrawals. If you've changed your payment method, that could be why the withdrawals have stopped. You should be able to re-enable them in your Wallet. However, if you don't see the option, please reach out to Customer Support through one of the options here to request they're set back up.

FYI, my Visa is linked, and I haven’t been changing anything re. payments in quite a while.

OK, accessed my account to check: auto still not possible with my Visa, only US bank account is asked. The customer service link you provided only offers robot help, no humans there.
