The card is confirmed but nothing happens. Payment takes a few hours to process and I don't receive any email, then I see "Withdrawal failed
Refused by service provider". I then checked again and found a message saying that my account was for sending money only. I understand my localisation is Ukraine, but there shouldn't be a problem there.

Ukraine can only send/receive friends and family payments. No goods and services/commercial payments. Withdrawals from e-commerce platforms are Goods and Services payments. Check with Fiverr support for other withdraw options. May be direct to your bank account.
