Can't find the button to mark my order as received.

I have already received my order, but the money is still on hold for the seller. I can't find the button to confirm that I received the item. Different browsers were tried on laptop and phone.

If it wasn't a virtual/digital item then you may not have that option.

 

However the hold isn't really your issue as the new seller hold is between PayPal and the merchant.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to mark the item as received. If the seller has not changed the status of the item's delivery, the option will not be there for you to acknowledge its receipt. Once the seller indicates that the virtual product or service has been completed/delivered, the option will be there for you to confirm it.
