Can't claim my money

I received a payment from  job through another email address. I clicked on it to claim it and Paypal asked me to add the email address. I clicked to do so, and all I got was an explanation mark. I can;'t claim my money

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community! I am very sorry for the trouble you've experienced trying to claim your payment. Generally in order to claim a payment to a new email, the email address would first need to be confirmed. Here's a great Help Center article with steps on how to Confirm Your Email.
