Can't accept payment issue

Hi, What is the problem when trying to pay a seller that I get the message 'this recipient can't receive payments right now'.

Hey, me as well, it keeps poping up a cannot process a Transfer from my Bank??

That would depend on their account type / transaction type you are trying to send and what country they are in.
